Questions
Will it change my design?
No — that is the whole point. GleamShot first reads your piece (type, metal, stones, pattern) and then re-shoots it with strict instructions to keep the same shape, stones and metal colour. Every photo is then checked automatically against your original (piece count, stones, chain, metal colour, clean background) and reshot once if needed; if it still is not right, you are not charged. If anything looks off, message us (link at the bottom) and we will redo it free.
What photo should I upload?
Any clear phone photo where the whole piece is visible and in focus. It can be on your hand, on fabric or in a box — we remove all of that. A plain, light surface with no props (dried flowers, display cards, coins) gives the best result. Avoid heavy blur and very dark photos.
Can I use the photos commercially?
Yes. The photos you buy are yours to use on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, social media and ads.
How long does it take?
Usually 1–2 minutes per photo. If our automatic check asks for a reshoot, or for on-model shots, it can take up to 3.
What resolution do I get?
Paid photos are 2048×2048 PNG, square, which fits Etsy, Shopify and Instagram. Free previews are 1024 px with a watermark.
Refunds?
If a paid photo is not usable, message us (link at the bottom) and we will redo it or refund that photo.
